Service Delivery, Billing & Provider Disclosure

Accessly Works (accessly.works) is powered by our technology provider OneAICA (operated upstream by NKD India), which hosts the client workspace and processes payments via Razorpay. Displayed individual plan amounts (₹25,000/mo Monthly, ₹1,08,000 upfront for 6 months at ₹18,000/mo Half-Yearly, and ₹1,92,000 upfront for 12 months at ₹16,000/mo Yearly) are subject to 18% GST at checkout.

Accessly Works provides an AI-powered LinkedIn outreach and content workflow solution powered by OneAICA (operated upstream by NKD India). By using this platform, you agree to these terms.

  • Automated follow-ups and reply tracking
  • AI-based lead qualification and insights

Your Responsibilities & LinkedIn Compliance

  • Use the platform for legitimate business purposes only
  • Do not send spam, misleading, or illegal messages
  • Ensure you have permission to contact leads
  • Comply with all applicable laws
  • Understand that LinkedIn enforces its own User Agreement and limits on automated activity; neither Accessly Works nor OneAICA is affiliated with or endorsed by LinkedIn, and no software tool can guarantee account immunity or safety

Billing & Payments

  • All plans are prepaid before use
  • Half-Yearly (6-month) and Yearly (12-month) plans are paid upfront in advance for the full commitment period; Monthly plans are paid one month at a time
  • Plan pricing displays the base amount plus 18% GST prior to checkout
  • Payments are non-refundable
  • Pricing may be updated with prior notice

Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • All payments are non-refundable
  • You may stop using the service at any time
  • No further charges apply after your paid period ends

Service Delivery Policy

  • Accessly Works is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform — no physical goods are delivered
  • Access to the platform is activated after email verification and payment confirmation
  • Some features depend on external providers (AI, messaging, etc.), and availability may vary

AI Usage

AI-generated outputs may not always be accurate. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying outputs before using them in business decisions.

Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for business outcomes, lost revenue, third-party platform account restrictions, or external service interruptions.

Account Termination

Accounts may be suspended or terminated if used for spam, illegal activities, or abuse of the platform.

Governing Law & Trademark Disclaimer

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India. LinkedIn is a registered trademark of its respective owner. Accessly Works is an independent software offering and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by LinkedIn.
